This weekend I channeled my inner domestic goddess and made some vegan corn bread. On Monday I am celebrating Thanksgiving with my Uarts theater design family and I am bringing this. There is no eggs or dairy in this recipe that I found online. Instead it uses silken tofu and soy milk but tastes just like the real thing! I haven't made corn bread in such a long time it was really nice and it only takes 20 minutes to bake!
